Cherries are packed with tons of nutrients for your body. It contains antioxidants and is a good and uncommon source of vitamin C. Mangos contain antioxidants that help to boost the immune system as well as promotes a healthy gut.

• 1 Cup of cherries
• 1/2 Cup water
• 1 Large Ripe Mango

Wash and de-stem and de-seed the fruit. Add fruit and water to the blender. Blend together.
