Chia Seeds Smoothie
Chia seeds contain high amounts of antioxidants and can reduce inflammation. Turmeric has antibiotic properties that help the body fight infections. Mangos contain antioxidants that help to boost the immune system as well as promotes a healthy gut.
Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
• 1 Mango
• 1 Cup Orange Juice
• 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Wash and chop the mango into quarters. Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together.
