Elderberry tea is high in vitamins and antioxidants. It contains Vitamin C and contains phenolic acids that reduce stress. It also helps reduce flu like symptoms.
• 1 Cup Boiling Water
• 1 Elderberry Teabag/ 1 tsp Elderberries
• Tea strainer
Boil water in a kettle and proceed to make your usual cup of tea, if you are a tea drinker. Add the teabag into the cup or the Elderberries in a tea strainer and add sugar for taste. Enjoy while hot.
