Epsom Salts and Essential Oil Soak
These ingredients help muscles relax as well as regulate muscle and nerve function and improve circulation. It is a great way to draw inflammation from muscles.
• 2-4 Cups Epsom Salts
• 4 Drops of Essential oils, the best ones to use are Lavender, Eucalyptus, Peppermint or Rosemary
Add the 4 drops of essential oils to your 2-4 cups of Epsom Salts. Add the mixture to your bath. Wait for the mixture to dissolve in hot water and soak for 12 to 15 minutes.
