DIY Health Tonic: Immunity Smoothie

Immunity Smoothie

Turmeric has antibiotic properties that helps the body fight infections. Ginger helps relieve body pain, reduce inflammation, fight respiratory issues and helps to strengthen the immune system.

Ingredients:

• 2 tsp Turmeric Powder
• 2 tsp Ginger Powder
• 2 Cups Orange Juice
• 1 tbsp Plain Yoghurt
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 2 tbsp Honey

Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Add more honey for taste. Enjoy chilled.
