DIY Health Tonic: Mango and Orange Smoothie

Mango and Orange Smoothie

Mangos contain antioxidants that help to boost the immune system as well as promotes a healthy gut. Oranges contain Vitamin C and helps to boost your immune system and digestive health.

Ingredients:

• 1 Orange
• 1 Mango
• 1/2 Cup Greek Yoghurt
• 1/2 Cup Mango and Orange Juice
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
• Honey (any amount)

Wash the mango and cut into quarters. Peel the orange and cut into quarters. Add ingredients into the blender and blend together.
