DIY Health Tonic : Pear Juice

Pear Juice

Pears have anti-inflammatory properties and are packed with antioxidants.

Ingredients:

• 1 Pear
• 2 Celery Sticks
• 1 Cup Lemon Juice
• 1 Cup Coconut Water

Wash the celery and pear and remove the seeds and core from the pear. Add the ingredients into a blender. Blend together and enjoy chilled.
