Grape and Berry Smoothie

Grapes contain antioxidants that help boost the immune system. Berries that are dark, like blackberries help prevent viruses from spreading within the body.

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Berries

• 1 Cup Grapes

• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt

• 1 Cup Almond Milk

Wash the berries and grapes and de-seed if needed. Add the ingredients into a blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
