Watermelon Lemonade

Watermelons contain vitamin C, A and antioxidants. It can lower inflammation and muscle pain. Lemons are full of Vitamin C and antioxidants which aid in improving your immune system and help prevent diseases.


• 1 Cup Watermelon
• 2 tsp Honey
• 1 Cup Lemon Juice

Add the ingredients into a blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
