This treat is perfect for any day and is easy to make. It takes approximately 12 minutes to make this recipe.
• 1 can full cream condensed milk
• 100 g margarine
• 500 ml castor sugar
• 5 ml vanilla essence
Add margarine, condensed milk and sugar in a large, deep, heat-resistant container. Mix well and microwave on HIGH for 2½ minutes, until margarine is melted. Mix well and microwave for 10 minutes while stirring at regular intervals. When the mixture is a light caramel colour, add vanilla essence and pour into lightly greased, flat container to set. When the fudge has slightly cooled, cut into squares.
