How to deal with back pain

When we sit at a desk to work, either at home or in an office, our backs tend to strain causing extreme discomfort and pain. These simple stretches will help release any tension in your back, while you are working.

1. Move your head from one side to the other
2. Move your head up and down
3. Shrug your shoulders
4. Put your hands behind your neck and moving your shoulder blades together
5. Clasp your fingers together, in front of you, and pushing your arms out
6. Clasp your fingers together, above your head, and stretching upwards
7. Bend forward, from the waist down while on your chair, and touch the floor
