How to sit at your desk correctly

If you find that lately no matter how you sit at your desk, you always have some sort of body issue or you just uncomfortable. Here are ways to sit at your desk correctly.

1. Place your feet flat on the floor, if you are unable to reach the floor, request a footrest so that your feet are at a comfortable level.

2. Adjust your chair for better back support.

3. Place your screen at eye level and your keyboard directly in front of you.

4. Take multiple breaks to rest your eyes from the screen glare.
