How to remove dander from your African Grey

Many African Greys have the instinct to bath themselves either with their water bowls or when you open a tap. However, some of them are stubborn and refuse to go near water which leaves them covered in a white powder called dander. Dander makes Greys very itchy and some of them are actually allergic to it. These tips will help with this issue.

1. Leave a bowl of water near your Grey to bath when they feel like.

2. Spray your Grey with water daily if they refuse to bath.

3. Give your Grey a shower or bath weekly.

4. Wash your Grey’s cage weekly.
