This traditional Indian biscuit is easy to make and perfect for adding to your sweetmeat list.
• 3 Bowls All Purpose Flour
• 1 Bowl Ghee
• 1 Bowl Powdered Sugar
• 1 tbsp Cardamon Powder
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees C. Sift the flour twice and in a separate large bowl, mix the ghee, cardamon powder and sugar together for 3 minutes. Slowly add flour to the mixture and mix until a dough forms. Take a handful of dough and roll in your hand, then place the piece of dough onto a baking sheet. Flatten the small balls of dough with your hands. Bake the biscuits for 20 minutes. Allow the biscuits to cool and add garnish.
