The V&A Waterfront teamed up with logistics company, Pargo, to offer its customers a click and collect shopping experience.
Pargo is known for their Pargo points which allows consumers, companies and couriers to send and receive parcels located at convenient retail stores.
Customers will shop online at participating stores and collect their parcels at the drive-through located at the Entrance One.
“We envisage that this click and collect service will be popular with many shoppers as it gives them more control,” said V&A Waterfront Retail Sales Executive Alex Kabalin.
“We foresee the Click and Collect option will be equally popular with people who enjoy browsing through stores but do not want to be laden down with dozens of shopping bags.
“With the new system, they can visit physical stores to consider all the store offerings and select the goods they want online, at their own leisure.
“When their parcels have been packaged they can collect them at their convenience and drive off,” he said.
The V&A Waterfront is one of the first shopping malls to introduce this service and shoppers can visit their website for participating stores.
