DIY Health Tonic: Mint tea

 

Mint tea

Mint has been used for centuries and contains nutrients, vitamins and minerals that aid the healing of the human body. It has a soothing effect on asthmatic patients and contains anti-inflammatory properties that help unblock your sinus passage. Peppermint was previously used as a muscle relaxer which helps to relieve the body of any pains.

 

Ingredients:

• Boiled water
• 10-15 Mint Leaves or 1 Mint tea bag

Boil water in a kettle and wash your mint leaves. If you are using a mint tea bag, then add it to your cup and proceed to make your normal cup of tea.
