CAPE TOWN- South Africa has recorded 93 more Covid-19 related deaths, bringing the total to 4 172, while infections are at 287 796, an increase of 11 554.
Of the latest fatalities, 37 are from the Western Cape, 23 from the Eastern Cape, 16 from the Free State, 11 from Mpumalanga, and 6 from KwaZulu-Natal.
Health minister Zweli Mkhize said the total number of recoveries is 138 241, which translates to a recovery rate of 48%.
