Spinach is loaded with nutrients. It contains fibre which helps maintain a healthy gut. Bananas are also a good source of fibre which helps cleanse the gut.
• 3 Cups Spinach
• 1 Banana
• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
• 1 Cup Almond Milk
Peel and slice the banana. Wash the spinach and add to the blender. Add the other ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
