Raspberry and Rosemary Water

Raspberries contain ketone which helps to increase the metabolism and the rate in which the body burns fat. Rosemary helps the body to break down fat and makes you feel fuller.

Ingredients:

• 1 Jug Water

• 1 Cup Raspberries

• 3 Stems Rosemary Leaves

Wash and slice the strawberries and add rosemary to the water. Drink throughout the day.
