Strawberries contain polyphenols which helps you to burn fat while mint leaves are known for being an appetite suppressant.

Ingredients:

• 1 Jug Water

• 1 Cup Strawberries

• 1 Cup Mint Leaves

Wash and slice the strawberries and mint leaves. Add to the water and drink throughout the day.
