DIY Health Tonic: Cocoa and Berry Smoothie

Cocoa and Berry Smoothie

Cocoa contains vitamins A which is the anti-inflammatory vitamin and vitamin K which enable cell growth. It also contains antioxidants to help boost the immune system. Berries that are dark, like blackberries, help prevent viruses from spreading within the body.

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
• 1 Cup Berries
• 1 Cup Almond Milk
• 1 Cup Coconut Water
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• Honey

Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Add honey for taste. Enjoy chilled.
