Coconut Water and Lemon Juice

Coconuts contain antimicrobial properties which remove bacteria, viruses, parasites and fungi from the body. Lemons are full-on Vitamin C and antioxidants which aid in improving your immune system and help prevent diseases.

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Coconut Water
• 1/2 Lemon
• 1 Cup Pineapple Juice

Add the ingredients into a blender. Blend together and enjoy chilled.
