Peaches are packed with antioxidants and contain Vitamin C. Ginger helps to relieve body pain, reduce inflammation, fight respiratory issues and helps to strengthen the immune system.
• 1 Peach
• 1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
• 1 Cup Almond Milk
Wash the peach and cut into cubes. Add all the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
