Strawberry and Ginger Smoothie

Strawberries contain folate (B9) which is used to promote normal tissue growth. Strawberries also aid in weight loss. Ginger has many beneficial effects on the human body, especially during the flu season. It helps relieve body pain, reduce inflammation, fight respiratory issues and helps to strengthen the immune system.

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Strawberries

• 1 tbsp Ginger Powder

• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt

• 1 Cup Almond Milk

• 1 tbsp Honey

• 1 Cup Lemon Juice

Wash and remove the stems from the strawberries. Add all the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
