Carrot and Lemon Juice

Carrots contain Vitamin C and antioxidants that help the body to fight cell damage and inflammation. Lemons are full-on Vitamin C and antioxidants which aid in improving your immune system and help prevent diseases.

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Carrot Juice

• 1 Cup Lemon Juice

• 1 Cup Orange Juice

• Honey

Add the ingredients into a blender and blend together. Add honey for taste and enjoy chilled.
