DIY Health Tonics: Cinnamon Tea

Cinnamon Tea

Cinnamon is rich in antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties. Cinnamon tea is high nutrients and may boost your metabolism and keep your cholesterol level in check.

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Boiling Water
• 1 Teabag
• 2 tsp Cinnamon Powder

Prepare the tea as usual and add the cinnamon powder. Enjoy hot.
