DIY Health Tonics: Ginger and Pear Juice

Ginger and Pear Juice

Ginger helps relieve body pain, reduce inflammation, fight respiratory issues and helps to strengthen the immune system. Pears have anti-inflammatory properties as well as Vitamin C.

Ingredients:

• 1 Pear
• 1 tsp Ginger Powder
• 1 tsp Matcha Powder
• 1 Cup Apple Juice

Wash and remove the seeds and core from the pear. Add the ingredients into a blender. Blend together and enjoy chilled.
