Turmeric Water

Turmeric has antibiotic properties that helps the body fight infections. Honey is rich in antioxidants and is a healthier alternative to sugar.

Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder

• 1 Cup Water

• Honey

Add the ingredients together and mix. Drink 1 glass throughout the day for best results.
