This dessert is a combination of both sweet and sour, perfect for those days that you don’t want to spend extra time on preparation.
• 1 Cup Heavy Cream
• 1/3 Cup White Sugar
• 3 tbsp Lemon Juice (Fresh)
• 1/2 tsp Lemon Zest (Fine)
Whisk the cream and sugar together and bring it to a boil over high heat, stir frequently. Once the cream starts to boil, decrease the heat to medium and stir constantly for 2 minutes. Add the lemon zest and juice and reduce the heat to low for 2 minutes. Pour the mixture into serving bowls and chill in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
