If you have a craving for cheesecake but not in the mood to bake, try this simply 3 ingredient recipe.
• 500g Double Cream Yoghurt
• 1 Can of Condensed Milk
• 1 Packet of Crushed Tennis Biscuits
Layer the crushed biscuits in a microwavable bowl. In another bowl, whisk the condensed milk and yoghurt for 2 minutes. Then pour the wet ingredients over the biscuits and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Garnish with fruit or leftover biscuits.
