Raspberry, Oats and Whisky

This is a simple recipe to make for those days that you don’t want to spend too much time on dessert.

Ingredients:

• 300 ml Double Cream

• 40g Sugar

• 25 ml Whisky

• 40g Toasted Oats

• 1 Cup Raspberries

• White Chocolate Flakes

Add the double cream and sugar together and mix together with a whisk until soft peaks form. Fold the whisky in. Layer the glass with the whisky cream, toasted oats and raspberries. Garnish with chocolate flakes.
