Tea help with sleep
Chamomile tea is great with helping people fall asleep naturally. It also helps with inflammation and treating cold symptoms.
Ingredients:
• 1 Chamomile tea bag
• 2 Peppermint leaves
• 4 tsp of Lemon juice
• 3 Lavender leaves
Boil your water and add Chamomile tea bag, lemon juice, peppermint and lavender leaves to your cup. Pour the boiled water in the cup, and leave it to brew for 2 to 4 minutes. Add sugar or honey for taste.
