Beetroot and Berry Smoothie
Blueberries help boost the metabolism and breaks down belly fat and lowers cholesterol levels. Beetroots contain fibre that help to regulate your bowels and hormones.
Ingredients:
• 1 Cup Beetroot Juice
• 1 Cup Blueberries
• 1 Cup Almond Milk
Wash the berries and add the ingredients into a blender. Blend together and enjoy chilled.
