Blueberry and Mint Smoothie

Blueberries help boost the metabolism and breaks down belly fat and lowers cholesterol levels. Mint stimulates digestive enzymes and boosts absorption of nutrients.

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Blueberries

• 1/2 Cup Mint Leaves

• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt

• 1 Cup Almond Milk

Wash the blueberries and mint leaves. Add the ingredients into a blender. Blend together and enjoy chilled.
