Peach and Oatmeal Smoothie

Peaches contain fibre that help boost the immune system. Oats are also a good source of fibre and helps to bind the fats in the intestine which prevents it from being absorbed.


• 1 Peach
• 1 Cup Oatmeal
• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
• 1 Cup Almond Milk

Wash and chop the peach into quarters. Add the ingredients into a blender. Blend together and enjoy chilled.
