Garlic and boiled Water
Apart from being a Vampire’s worst nightmare, garlic has plenty of health benefits. It helps boost your immune system and if taken over time helps you build a resistance to the common cold and flu.
• 2 to 3 Cloves of Garlic
• 1 Cup of Boiled Water or your usual cup of tea
Boil water in a kettle and proceed to make your usual cup of tea, if you are a tea drinker. Crush or slit the garlic cloves so that the juices are able to mingle with the boiled water or tea. Enjoy while hot.
