Avocados are a good source of Glutathione which is an antioxidant needed for lymphoid cells. Pineapple contains many nutrients including antioxidants that fight diseases and helps boost your immune system as well as vitamins B and C as well as folate. Mangos contain antioxidants that help to boost the immune system as well as promotes a healthy gut.
• 1/2 an Avocado
• 1/4 Cup of Pineapple
• 1/4 Cup of Mango
• 1/2 Cup of Coconut Milk
• 3 tbsp of Plain Yoghurt
Wash you fruits and chop them into quarters. Add the ingredients into a blender and blend. Add honey for flavour.
