Grape Juice and Coconut Water

Grapes contain Vitamin C and antioxidants that help boost the immune system. Coconuts contain antimicrobial properties which removes bacteria, viruses, parasites and fungi from the body.


• 1 Cup Grapes
• 1 Cup Grape Juice
• 1 Cup Coconut Water
• 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice

Wash and deseed the grapes. Add the ingredients into a blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
