Mango and Passion Fruit Smoothie

Mangos contain antioxidants that help to boost the immune system as well as promotes a healthy gut. Passion fruits are rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants that protect the body from damage.

Ingredients:

• 1 Mango

• 1 Cup Passion Fruit Juice

• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt

• 1 Cup Almond Milk

Peel and chop the mango into cubes. Add the ingredients into a blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
