CAPE TOWN - Ex-Arsenal powerhouse and current Manchester United flop, Alexis Sanchez, is currently in lockdown with South African supermodel, Anna Modler.
The United forward went on loan to Inter Milan for the 2019/2020 season after a very disappointing start to his career at Old Trafford. Sanchez only scored five goals in 45 appearances for the Red Devils across the 2017/2018 and 2018/2019 season. And had an even worse time in Italy by registering one goal in 15 appearances in an injury-struck campaign at Inter Milan.
Although the 31-year-old Chilean forward has remained tight-lipped about his personal relationship, South African supermodel Anna Modler posted on her
five days ago “Thank you for stopping me from working out. I agree, it’s definitely time to eat”. The picture attached to the post has the 22-year-old model in a garden dressed in workout gear with a golden retriever. The golden retriever is thought to be one of Sanchez’s beloved pets, Atom.
Comments poured in with fans hoping she would visit Sanchez’s home country, Chile and asking her to take care of the forward.
Speculation first started on the relationship with Sanchez when Molder posted a

inside the San Siro rooting for Inter Milan. And then

with both Atom and Humber on her 22nd birthday in February.
While he was at Arsenal in the height of his English football career, he told fans how he named Atom after a character from Real Steel, a 2011 boxing movie starring Hugh Jackman. And Humber after his brother Humberto saying; “my other dog Humber reminds me of my brother Humberto. My brother is a very sweet guy, just like Humber is”.
Alexis Sanchez’s future is under question as he returns to Old Trafford at the end of the season. He’s been linked with a move to West Ham, however, his enormously high wages are a major stumbling block.
Paul Merson believes Manchester United will “have to stick with what they’ve got” due to the current situation and uncertainty that the Covid-19 pandemic brings.
