Mini Meringues

If you have a craving for meringues and don’t have the time or only a few ingredients at home then this simple recipe is for you.


• 2 Egg Whites
• 2/3 Cup Sugar
• Flavouring
• Food Colouring

Preheat the oven to 110 degrees C and separate your egg whites. Wipe the mixing bowl with a bit of lemon juice to remove grease. Add the egg whites to the mixing bowl and whisk until stiff peaks form. Add the sugar and whisk for 1 minute on high speed. Add the flavouring and food colouring and mix. Scoop the mixture into a piping bag and pipe on baking paper. Place in the oven for 1 hour and allow to cool before removing the baking tray.
