Rainbow Popcorn

If you feel like having a sweetened healthy snack, then this recipe is perfect for you.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 Cup Caster Sugar

• 2 tbsp Water

• Food Colouring

• 8 Cups Pain Popped Corn

Line 4 oven tray with baking paper. In a pot, combine the sugar and water on low heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Increase the heat to medium and allow the mixture to simmer for 5 minutes. Once a syrup forms, add the food colouring and 2 cups of the popcorn. Stir with a wooden spoon and spread the popcorn onto the baking tray to cool. Repeat the process 3 more times.
