CAPE TOWN - The Jerusalema dance has taken the world by storm; bringing communities together following a few rough months since the Coronavirus pandemic hit.

The KwaZulu-Natal health department has also livened it's healthcare facilities by launching the # #JerusalemaDanceChallenge which will see health facilities from the same district competing against each other.

“Each day we will upload videos from each district on our Facebook page. The facility with the most liked video will be announced as the winner, this is the first phase. All the district winners will be elevated to the provincial level,” said the health department.

Global healthcare community workers have used the dance challenge to celebrate their resilience in facing the Covid-19 challenge.
