CAPE TOWN – President Cyril Ramaphosa has deployed the South African National Defence Force (SANDF) and law enforcement across the country to enforce the 21-day National lockdown.
However, videos being widely shared across social media shows the inconsistent approaches law enforcement is taking to enforce lockdown regulations.
